It connects +120 job portals, finds fresh job openings in your niche, identifies the real decision makers, collects their direct contacts, and launches your personalized outreach automatically.

    The goal: a constant flow of new opportunities from companies already looking for talent, so you spend less time searching and more time closing new clients.

    The simple answer:

    RecruitScout sees new job posts the moment they go live, finds who you need to talk to, and sends your messages for you. You get in early, before other recruiters even notice the opening.

    The software does the boring work, so you can show up with candidates and win clients while everyone else is still catching up.

  • If you are HR inside a company, this won’t help you. If you don’t need new clients, same thing.

    RecruitScout is for agencies that want more chances to win business by showing up first. If that’s not you, you won’t get value from it.

  • Mainly 3 differences

    1. We aggregate over 120 portals, including niche ones that Google Jobs does not quickly pick up and never appear on LinkedIn/Indeed

    2. You don't waste time with irrelevant companies, industries, jobs, or people. It identifies that the decision-maker for job opening X is John Smit, for Y it is Ben Ross, etc. We provide you with their LinkedIn profile and their direct, verified company email address

    3. In addition (if you want), your contact sequence starts automatically with your personalised messages on both email and LinkedIn (again... only if you want, you're always in control!)

  • Absolutely! For example, we have clients in verticals such as Food, Automotive, Beauty, Design, and Tech.

  • Your old outreach probably went to people who didn’t need you: companies that aren't hiring, wrong person at the company (including the HR manager instead of the decision-maker), or generic email addresses nobody reads (info@, HR@, etc). RecruitScout fixes all three. It only triggers when a company posts a role in your target niche, it finds the real decision maker, and it sends your message at the moment they are actively looking for talent. The timing, relevance, and intent are completely different from generic outreach.

  • We never send cold emails from your company’s main domain, and you shouldn’t either. Sending volumes from your primary domain can hurt its reputation, your SEO, and damage your ability to deliver any emails over time.

    Here’s how we do it instead:

    • Lookalike Domains → Get lookalike domains (similar to your main domain) and forward them to your main one.

    • Mailbox Setup → Each domain should have up to 3 mailboxes - using either real names from your team (best) or aliases

    • Authentication → All mailboxes must be configured with the proper MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and go through a 3-week warm-up for 99%+ deliverability before you start any campaigns.

    • Volume Scaling → One mailbox sends up to 15 emails/day, so 3 mailboxes = 45 emails/day per domain. This keeps volume at human levels to avoid getting flagged by Google or Microsoft.

     

    Example → If you want to reach 1,000 inboxes/day, you should set up ~22 domains and 66 inboxes. Need more later? Just add more domains and inboxes, it scales the same way every time.​

  • Leads: you have full access and visibility on the leads at any given time. You can exclude specific people or companies obviously.

    Messages: you write the email and LinkedIn messages and sequence. We're always happy to share best practices, but at the end of the day you are in full control.

  • Results depend on things outside of RecruitScout, like how well you sell, your offer, and how strong your messaging is. What RecruitScout guarantees is the part you normally waste hours on. It finds every relevant job post, filters out the noise, identifies the real decision makers, and sends your email and LinkedIn outreach automatically.

    You end up in the right inbox at the right moment, with more chances to win clients because you never miss an opportunity.

  • You can choose to pay monthly or yearly. The upfront payment simply gives you a discount. You’re never required to pay the 12 months upfront, unless you want the lower price.
